Gary Hart Gary Hart is a Senior Community Outreach and Engagement Officer at the UK Parliament at Westminster. What is Parliament? What does it do? Why is it important? The Community Outreach and Engagement Service deliver workshops and presentations across the UK to answer these questions, to inform people how the UK Parliament works and to encourage organisations to engage more with it.
